2. What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided) and the content of your message. We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used solely to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on a possible project. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to reply and manage any resulting business relationship, deleting it once it is no longer needed.

5. Processors

Form submissions may be processed by an email-forwarding service (for example, Web3Forms). Website hosting is provided by a supplier that may log aggregated technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and operational purposes.

6. Cookies

We use only cookies essential to the operation of the site. Anonymous audience measurement is enabled only with your consent, via the banner shown on your first visit.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as data portability. To exercise these rights, contactgeral@bsbusinessconsulting.pt. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).
